Kipsandwich met Pindasaus – Chicken Sandwich with Satay Sauce

The chicken in this chicken sandwich is wonderfully seasoned with a spice mix for bahmi goreng from Conimex. The satay sauce and the soy sauce provide an Indian twist to this delicious dish. Perfect to make a different dinner with friends and family.

  • 500g chicken fillet
  • 1 bag Conimex bami goreng mix
  • 2 tbsp Conimex wok oil
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 bag peanut saté sauce
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 4 brown pistolet
  • 6 tbsp crispy fried onions

How to make it

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips and mix it with the Conimex spice mix for Bahmi.
  2. Heat a wok, add 2 tablespoons of Conimex wok oil and wok the chicken strips for about 5 minutes.
  3. Wash and cut the cucumber into thin slices or into small strips.Stir the Conimex peanut saté sauce mix smoothly with 1 dl of boiling water and Conimex sweet soy sauce.
  4. Cut the pistol in half.Spread the lower halves with peanut saté sauce.Divide the chicken strips and the cucumber over the sandwiches. Sprinkle the Conimex fried onions over it and place the upper halves on top.
  5. Place the sandwiches on colorful napkins or small plates
