ENThe Parisienne or fish sauce is one and the best choices. Your fish will have a special touch with an irresistible flavor and a creamy texture. COOKING 1. Melt 50 g margarine / butter in a saucepan and stir in the powder. 2. Add 1.5 ml of water and 1 dl milk under agitation, using whisk. Boil the sauce for 1 minute. For extra flavor add gladly 1 tbsp sour cream or yogurt and a little tarragon. Mustard can be added as another option. NODen parisiske saus er en og de beste valgene. Din fisk vil ha en spesiell kontakt med en uimotståelig smak og en kremet konsistens. TILBEREDNING 1.Smelt 50 g margarin/smør i en kasserolle og rør inn pulveret. 2.Tilsett 1,5 dl vann og 1 dl melk under omrøring, bruk visp. Kok sausen 1 minutt. For ekstra god smak tilsett gjerne 1 ss rømme eller yoghurt og litt estragon. Sennep kan tilsettes som et annet alternativ.
