Always choose reliable sun lotions. You should not forget to wear approved sunglasses, as sun rays can cause burns and eye injuries. It is highly recommended to be well hydrated, so you should drink fluids regularly. Finally, moisturize and refresh your skin after sun exposure, with aftersun creams or moisturizing aloe vera creams. ESSe recomienda evitar el sol durante las horas del medio día (12h a 15h de la tarde). También es importante elegir un factor de protección adecuado y aplicarse la crema solar regularme durante la exposición al sol. Elige siempre protectores solares de confianza. Tampoco debes olvidar utilizar gafas de sol homologadas, pues los ratyos del sol pueden producir quemaduras y lesiones en los ojos. Es muy recomendable estar bien hidratado/a, así que debes beber líquidos regularmente.
